The kid is a player.
Adaptive play is a way to play, not a lesson about the person playing. Same list shape, same points, same recap, same Final 10. The route and the wording change so more people can finish.
- Wheelchair routes. At a mall, that means one level and no escalators.
- Sensory-friendly timing, including a quieter hour when the place has one.
- Picture-only and non-verbal versions. Pointing counts.
- Large print.
Free, for the rooms that need it
Free for special-education classrooms, therapy clinics, and adaptive recreation programs. One adaptive hunt is given for every Event sold. A sponsor can fund a hunt for a school. If you run one of those rooms, email hello@findfunanywhere.com and say who you are. Don’t send a student’s name or a photo of a child to ask.
A 20-line adaptive list for Valdosta Mall is on that place page. It was written for a one-level route and lines you can finish without speaking. The December run’s group is still being chosen, so the page is the list, not a date.
