- A finished sampler is about 20 items and 20–30 minutes. This sketch is shorter on purpose.
The bandstand, the benches, and whatever the town put in the middle. Placeholder: this Anywhere sampler is a title and a sketch. The finished 20-item list is not written yet.
Not set. The finished list will mix a kid line, a grandparent line, a pose, and one Show-Off scene for the group.
Sketch list
6 lines
These lines show the shape of a hunt. They are not a finished sampler.
- 1The town square sign, or the clearest sign that says where you are. Whole group in the frame.
- 2Something here that makes somebody say look at that. Point, then take the picture.
- 3One color you all agree on, found three times in one shot.
- 4Placeholder: a line written for this exact kind of place. Not final.
- 5Placeholder: a Playful 2-point option. A pose, a question, or a small decision. 2 pts
- 6Placeholder: a Show-Off 3-point option. Recreate a scene, build a prop, or stage the shot with just your group. 3 pts
Questions about this hunt
Is this list finished?
No. This page is a placeholder so the library has a home for the sampler. The sketch lines are not a hunt you should print.
Do we have to be in a specific city?
No. Town square is an Anywhere sampler. It is written for the kind of place, not one address. If you want a list for a real spot we have played, start in the hunt library.
What is item 1?
The sign. Every list starts with a photo that says where you were, so the recap has a beginning.
